For a few weeks now, ChatGPT, from developer OpenAI has been causing quite a stir – but also concerns. The AI-based Chatbot shows us in an impressive way that an ever-smarter AI is quite capable of showing human abilities such as empathy, creativity and humor and turning them into results.
This begs the question: what place will humans have in the working world of the future? Is it really already that far – machines replacing people?
I don’t think we humans should be afraid of machines fully replacing us one day. Because unlike a machine, even if it is based on an AI, we humans have a crucial characteristic that makes us special and irreplaceable – feelings, like love. An AI can support our creativity, but not surpass it.
So let’s not be afraid, but let’s see it as a support and use the potential to make our work easier.
