Using

Run Outlook and you will see the new tab
Click Oracle CRM => Synchronize to view CRM for outlook add-in user interface.

Note: Outlook 2010 will show the new function within the tab „Add-Ins“

In order to avoid this Outlook Message, you can follow the Steps on the next page.

Please go to the Trust Center and choose “Programmatic Access”.


Select the item “Never warn me about suspicious activity (not recommended)”. Please only in agreement with your Administrator.

To connect to CRM on Demand Server you have to log in first.


– Server-URL: (more commonly known as the internet address) of your CRM OnDemand.
Usually something like https://secure-ausomxapa.crmondemand.com
– User name: Your CRM OnDemand Username
– Password: Your CRM OnDemand Password
– Press “Test Connection”

Using Single Sign On, you should tick the Flag to enable SSO and fill out the connection data accordingly:

– SSO ID: The ID in your entitlement system, identifying the CRM instance (p.ex. FELLOW001)
– Entitlement URL: The URL of you security entitlement system
(p.ex. https://entitlement.fellow-consulting.com)
– Oracle CRM: (more commonly known as the internet address) of your CRM OnDemand.
Usually something like https://secure-ausomxapa.crmondemand.com
– Username and password are not used, as the authentication works via certificate
– Press “Test Connection”

Under the tab “Filter” you can specify the filter criteria.


You can easily pick the synchronization time range:
– one week before / after today (two weeks overall)
– one month before / after today (two month overall)
– three month before / after today (six month overall)
or
– by choosing Other you can set your desired Start and End date.

The Logger tab will show the process during the synchronization:


Start Synchronize will initialize the synchronization process.

Your personal Outlook is synchronized now with Oracle CRM On Demand:
