Infor Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) involves the management and maintenance of physical assets of a company. We have developed an app called Finder. Its main goal is to facilitate the maintenance process by creating work orders more rapidly from images.
Our Finder App Solution
In Infor EAM you can schedule planned maintenances every week, month or year. Furthermore, within these maintenances you can also define task plans and routes as well as connect it to a specific asset within a system structure. One time the PM is released they will send out a work order and the maintenance can start on the defined date.

So, now image that the assigned technician has received the PM work order and has to inspect some assets, maybe even with a drone! Hence, he flies the drone and takes all the possible pictures around the system.
Most certainly the drone has taken more than 50 pictures from different positions and angles. All these images are then uploaded to Infor IDM which gives us access to develop our Finder App.
Our Finder App for EAM has been developed to filter and sort these images through geo-location. By just swiping left or right you can actually decide whether another work order is needed for a human inspection or repair. Easy and quick, so that you have a more comfortable and feasible workflow.
