In the hospitality industry, Diversey not only provides cleaning carts but also builds complete laundry facilities for all kinds of commercial cleaning. This is a huge service that needs a whole support to be maintained.

The Challenge
A robust system needs to control the operation behind the staff to ensure that the service is well organized, and the hotel guests have a good experience. Paper spreadsheets and manual controls were becoming outdated and resulting in many errors. Thus, the need to combine technology with this process to ensure a complete and efficient flow.
The Solution
Fellow Consulting evaluated the needs of Diversey and offered a solution that would digitize the process, integrating it with the CRM and ERP system, which would help businesses to have a 360 view of the service. We equipped over 2.000 technicians with tablet, computers and laptops to document and manage their service business. We also identified that it was important to be connected to their cloud ERP and CRM, but also to work offline as those laundry facilities normally have bad WLAN or mobile. Supported with barcode scanner and signature pad, the service guys could directly raise valid orders to the ERP and get the invoice back.
